Cat-head tiles, a festive reindeer-cat, and the safest first mixer after you join.

Incredible Blox Kats

Kats is the Incredible Blox cat-head mixer. The official Roblox description lists it first: Kats, Mustard Colorbox, Sprunked, 1996, Deadline, Orin Ayo, Yubin Niiku 2, Next, and many more. That order is a hint, not a rank. specil studios Deluxe / blocco shipped the fangame on 26 December 2024. Free lobbies still mix with up to eight people. VIP / DJ at 200 Robux adds four dummy rows and instant instrument start.

If the tray still looks like a checklist, read how to play first. Tone notes for every set live on the all mods list. Letter grades live on the mods ranking, where Kats is S-tier for the same reason Mustard is: a new mixer can land a loop.

What you see on Kats

The screenshot is a blue-gray cat dummy with yellow inner ears, a small smile, and whisker dots, standing on a grid stage. The bar is cat language, not a drum-kit diagram. Visible tiles:

  • Gray cat head, front view
  • Pale cat head, front view
  • Festive reindeer-cat on a green tile, antlers with bells, red nose
  • White outline cat head
  • Simple silhouette cat, circle with ears
  • Bright blue cat head in profile

This wiki stops there. We do not invent polo names, breed names, or a fake stem dictionary for tiles that only show a cat. If a later patch adds a tile, describe the picture.

Kats is almost all character. Where Mustard hands you drums, guitar, and trumpet as obvious jobs, Kats asks you to hear which cat-head is the pulse and which is the gag. That is still a safe first mod. The icons are huge, the palette is soft, and nothing on the bar is a warning triangle.

Why Kats is a safe first mod

No horror. No mild-fear pacing. The festive reindeer-cat is a conversation starter in an eight-player lobby instead of a jumpscare. Kids, friends on mobile, and people who bounced off Incredibox websites can still drag a cat onto a dummy.

Mustard is the other onboarding door. Pick Mustard when you want a readable drum kit. Pick Kats when you want a mascot row that still grooves if two of eight players only drop one tile. Cool As Ice can wait until someone is bored of yellow and blue. 1996 and the rest of the horror mods cluster wait until mute and solo feel automatic.

Stay on Kats for a whole first session even if a clip you watched used a VIP costume. Default rows are enough. Rebuild a three-cat loop from memory before you hunt extras on secret songs.

How to stack a cat-head mix

Treat the row like jobs, even when every icon is a cat.

  1. Drop the most percussive cat-head you can hear. Listen for a full bar.
  2. Add a second tile with a different job — a rounder bed or a short motif, not a clone.
  3. Park the festive reindeer-cat as the one gag. One. A second gag is a maybe.
  4. Stop. Mute. If the loop dies without the gag, you never locked a pulse.

Write those jobs on the mix planner as pulse / bed / motif / reindeer / spare. The spare is the mute-able chaos slot. Four identical cat heads is still four identical roles.

VIP rows do not change the recipe. They give you room to separate jobs. Instant start skips dead air. Neither is required to learn Kats.

VIP Kats and composer credit

Community videos show a Kats VIP cut, including song-dump chapters that pair Kats with a VIP label. There is no separate Kats gamepass. You buy VIP / DJ for 200 Robux, then load the VIP variant when the menu offers one. Extra stems sit a notch above free Kats when they actually add tracks, not when they only recolor ears.

User Instruments (150 Robux) is for stems you are allowed to bring in. Set Cursor Image (85 Robux) is a pointer. Neither is a cat unlock.

All in-game instruments belong to their original composers. Talk to those composers before you reuse stems. If you created a featured mod, contact blocco.

Next to Mustard, ice, and 1996

  • Mustard: yellow dummy, duck, drums, guitar, trumpet. Warm comedy. Best when the lobby needs a beat they can name.
  • Cool As Ice: winter palette inside this Roblox fangame, not the standalone Incredibox website. Load it when cats and mustard already played.
  • 1996: orange/pink scare. Different night. Use the horror mods guide when the room votes for fear.

Kats is S on the mods ranking because it is readable, not because it is “the official first name.” If your lobby hates cats, skip it. The Roblox blurb is a feature list, not a homework order.

Leave the reindeer-cat on one dummy as a seasonal bookmark and keep the other slots honest. When the room can name the pulse without looking at the tray, you finished the safe first mod — switch to Mustard for horns, or keep the cats and invite the next six friends.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Incredible Blox questions.

Why does the Roblox page list Kats first?

The official description opens with Kats, then Mustard Colorbox, Sprunked, 1996, and the rest. That is a feature list. Mix notes still start with whichever safe set the lobby can read.

What is the festive Kats tile?

A green cat-head tile with reindeer antlers, bells, and a red nose. Treat it as the gag, not as a fourth pulse.

Why is Kats a safe first Incredible Blox mod?

Soft palette, huge cat icons, no horror pacing. Eight people can drop one tile each and still hear a loop. See how to play.

Should I pick Kats or Mustard?

Kats for mascot tiles. Mustard when you want drums, guitar, and a duck you can name in one word.

Is there a Kats VIP?

Community videos show Kats VIP. Buy VIP / DJ at 200 Robux, then load the VIP variant if it appears. Extra rows are the product.

Does Kats hide horror extras?

Kats is not the scare set. Hunt cinematics on secret songs if you want, then move fear to 1996 and horror mods.
